Nobuo Sato
After working in the food and beverage industry, real estate, and IT contracting business, he signed an advisory contract with PXCInc in April 2020; he was assigned to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in December 2020 as a digital advisor for TOSMACVietnam.
After assuming the position of Representative Director in March 2021, he established a system that enabled remote work outsourcing while promoting internal digitalization and continued to support the Corona Disaster business.
In addition to the existing business, he is in the process of establishing a digital-related business model.

Kenichi Komatsu
After joining the company in 2005, he worked as an account manager at an advertising agency, producing national campaign tools for convenience stores and producing in-store POP for a wide range of manufacturers including sports, food, and beverages. In addition to in-store sales promotions, he has also been involved in the planning and manufacturing of limited edition packages, providing optimal solutions to clients’ problems.
In 2016, he became an account manager. As the Account manager, as the roles required of in-store personnel change, he places the utmost importance on speed, price, and quality, and leads a wide range of promotional activities starting from in-store.
Appointed as director of PXC Vietnam from August 2023. We are currently building a business model that will serve as a bridge between Vietnam and Japan, centering on the sales promotion field.

Noriko Tamura
After transitioning from the music industry to the advertising world, she engaged in advertising and promotional direction for both domestic and international pharmaceutical companies, as well as branding and advertising production for major corporations, amassing extensive experience. She leveraged this experience to serve as a director and producer in the field of sales promotion, managing the sales department over many years.
By also taking on the role of strategic planner, she deeply influenced the direction and production of corporate marketing, planning, and production, showcasing her active involvement at the forefront of the industry.
In April 2023, she assumed the position of Chief executive officer of the company. Later, in November, she was promoted to director responsible for international business expansion, working tirelessly to bridge business between Japan and Vietnam, and driving projects forward in both countries.
