– With each project, we create “Product Specification” and “QC standard” guideline for each stage of production and final products to training our workers in detail and clear way. Making sure the product is made according to the approved requirements.

– Strict quality control (QC) during production and final product before packing.

– Quality control department is not involved in production, but only focuses on QC tasks to ensure the best quality for clients.

– 100% product inspection before packing and delivering to customers

SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

– Make a detailed production plan for each production step

– The produced quantity of products is statistically and specifically monitored everyday to ensure tight control of progress

– Identify obstacles early to have a plan to deal with them soon
